BLOCKED CO. WHOLESALE POLICIES

By placing your order (thank you!) you agree to the following wholesale policies:

-First time opening order minimum is $200.00 and must be paid in full before shipment.

-Re-orders are not subject to dollar minimums, but must meet per piece minimums.

          -Zipper Wallets = 12 per piece minimum

          -Large Zipper Wallets = 12 per piece minimum

          -Hobo Bags = 6 per piece minimum

How to order/Payments:

-Online through the "Wholesale Product" link (you won't need to pay at this point)

-You will be emailed an invoice once the shipping is calculated.

-Payments can be made using Amex, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal or by check (orders will not be mailed until check is received). 

-50% deposit is required for custom orders.

-Re-orders are net 15 for payment.

-Please mail check to: Blocked Co., 152 Pine Point Road, Scarborough, ME. 04074.

-Returned checks will incur a fee of $35.00.

-Blocked Co. makes sure not to sell to shops within walking distance from one another.  If more than 12 months pass between orders, I regain the ability to sell to other shops near your location.

Shipment:

-Blocked Co. ships through USPS.  The shipping costs are the retailer's responsibility.

-Expect an average of 4-6 weeks for orders to be shipped.  Blocked Co. products are printed by hand one at a time.  Prints may vary slightly in placement and ink color.  This reflects the unique beauty of a hand block printed product.  I try my best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Returns/Damages:

-If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Blocked Co. within 5 business days of delivery.  If a return is necessary, Blocked Co. will refund your order (minus shipping and handling fees) once the order has been returned unused and in salable condition.  Shipping charges on returns are the retailers responsibility.  A $20 restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund total.  No refund will be given if products are returned damaged. 

-Delivery tracking information will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.  If your order does not arrive, no refunds or replacements will be issued unless the order is returned to Blocked Co. via the postal service.

-If the wrong shipping address is given and your order is returned, Blocked Co. will happily send it again.  You will be asked for a new address and the extra shipping cost.

Blocked Co. reserves the right to change any of the above conditions at any time.
